Materials

• 12 Jelly paper\ tissue paper 
• Scissors
• Floral wire

Instructions:                     

Step 1: Make a Fan       

Step 2: Tie a floral wire in the center of the fan

Step 3: Cut the edges circular

Step 4:  Now split each paper by pulling it from the center till it creates a floral pom pom
