- 1/4 cup yogurt\curd
- ginger garlic paste
- red color
- Chicken thighs
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
Curry:
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1green chilies
- 1/4 tea spoon red kashmiri pepper
- 1 tea spoon kasturi methi
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- salt as per taste
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with the marinate ingredients and leave it in the fridge for atleast 1 hour
- Chop the onions and shallow fry it till it is light brown.
- Put the masalas coriander powder and salt
- Put the chopped tomatoes and cook it for 3 mins
- switch off the gas
- In the mean time powder the cashews in the food processor
- Remove the cashews and cook it in butter and add the kashmiri pepper and kasturi methi
- Puree the onions and tomato mix and add it in the pan along with the cooked cashews.
- Shallow fry the chicken a little in a separate pan and then add it in the curry to cook for sometime till it is cooked.
- Serve it hot along with Naan and rice.
