Butter Chicken,
Ingredients:
Marinate:

  1. 1/4 cup yogurt\curd
  2. ginger garlic paste
  3. red color
  4.  Chicken thighs 
  5. 12 teaspoon garam masala
Curry:
  1. 3 onions
  2. 3 tomatoes
  3. 1green chilies
  4. 1/4 tea spoon red kashmiri pepper 
  5. 1 tea spoon kasturi methi
  6. 1/4 cup cashews 
  7. 1/4 cup butter
  8. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  10. salt as per taste
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken with the marinate ingredients and leave it in the fridge for atleast 1 hour
  2. Chop the onions and shallow fry it till it is  light brown.
  3. Put the masalas coriander powder and salt
  4. Put the chopped tomatoes and cook it for 3 mins
  5. switch off the gas
  6. In the mean time powder the cashews in the food processor
  7. Remove the cashews and cook it in butter and add the kashmiri pepper and kasturi methi
  8. Puree the onions and tomato mix and add it in the pan along with the cooked cashews.
  9. Shallow fry the chicken a little in a separate pan  and then add it in the curry to cook for sometime till it is cooked. 
  10. Serve it hot along with Naan and rice.
